Organising open applications on the screen in a way that helps you can be a real boost to productivity and can save you time. Here’s how to choose the right application snap layout in Windows 11:

• Hover your mouse over a window's maximise button alternately press Windows key + Z.
• From the options displayed in the popup box, choose a snap layout configuration from the 6 different layout options and select the layout that works best
• This will help arrange your applications so you can work in a way that optimises your screen space
