Tech Tip : Make Microsoft Word Spellcheck Uppercase Words As Well
In the past, Microsoft used to ignore words that were typed in upper case when checking the spelling in a document. Did you know you can change this.
Here is how to do it:
- Open MS Word
- Click on File
- At the bottom left select Options
- In the options pop up menu select Proofing on the left hand side
- Un-tick the "Ignore words in UPPERCASE" option
- Click OK
Word will no include upper case words when checking the spelling
