Tech Tip – Fast Highlighting

Have you ever wanted to be able to highlight a block of text like a sentence or paragraph and don't want to have to drag the mouse about to try to achieve this? 

Here is a quick and easy way how to do it:

• Use the mouse to click the start of the block of text you want to highlight
• Press and hold the shift key
• Use the mouse to click the end of the block of text you want to highlight and the entire block from start to finish will now be highlighted

Note: this works in reverse as well, you can click the end of the text, hold the shift key and click the start to highlight a block of text
