Tech tip - enhanced searches in Windows 10

If searches are taking too long in Windows 10, they can be sped up by doing the following:

If the search is set Classic, it will only index Windows libraries and the Desktop

If the search is set to Enhanced indexing the search will index the whole computer speeding up searches.

A enhanced algorithm helps Windows adjust when it is indexing. This uses less resources while gaming or when disk usage rises above 80%
