Working with Salisbury Foodbank

It’s getting towards that time of year when a lot of people think about giving and receiving gifts but unfortunately not everyone is in this position, during this cost-of-living squeeze, a lot of people are worrying about how they will feed their family, let alone thinking about Christmas gifts. 

This is why we feel it is so important to support one of our customers, Salisbury Foodbank.  It is so important to our local community, and it is why it is so important for us, as a local business, to help support the local community by supporting Salisbury Foodbank, not only by us donating refurbished technology for them to reuse but by also donating much needed groceries that are on their list of required supplies. 

At the moment, Salisbury Foodbank is asking for donations of specific foods and toiletries, this is why The Silver Cloud Business has donated toiletries for Salisbury Foodbank to include in their food parcels.

In this period of financial uncertainty, every little helps, some people that have previously donated generously to the foodbank in the past and never thought they would be needing similar help, have now found themselves having to rely on donations.  Unfortunately, we can’t predict the future or determine how our lives will pan out which is why it is crucial to have these safety nets.
